What we collect, who else touches it, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.
Last updated 24 August 2026
The short version. We collect the email you pay with, the names your league types in, and the picks you make. We don't sell any of it, we don't run ads, and there is no analytics or tracking script on this site.
One thing worth saying plainly: the names your commissioner enters are usually real people's names, and those people did not sign up here — the commissioner typed them. We treat them accordingly, and anyone in a league can ask us to remove theirs.
What we collect
When you pay
Your email address, and a billing address if your card issuer requires one. The payment itself happens on Stripe's page, not ours — we never see or store your card number.
We keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we know your league is paid up and when it renews.
When you set your league up
The league name, the manager names your commissioner types, and the personal sign-in codes we generate for each of them. Later: team and franchise names, your draft settings, and every pick made on the board.
If you use the Experience, whatever your league sends us for the roasts and walk-up songs — including audio files you upload.
What we do not collect
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, no session recording, no location, no contact list, no browsing history. We do not ask for a password to any other service and we never will.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own purposes. The only companies that touch it are the ones below, doing work for us.
Who else processes it
Four companies, each doing one job
| Who | What they do | What they see |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | takes the payment | your card and email; we see only the email |
| Supabase | the database and our server code | league, managers, codes, picks, uploads |
| Resend | sends our email | your email address and the message |
| Netlify | hosts the website | standard web-server request logs |
Mail sent to hello@pickdome.com is forwarded by Porkbun, our domain registrar, to our own inboxes.
All of them are US-based and hold the data in the United States. Each is used only for the job in that table.
ESPN, Yahoo and the other platforms
We read your league settings. We never store your session.
When you import from Sleeper, ESPN, Fleaflicker or MyFantasyLeague, the request goes through our server rather than straight from your browser — those platforms don't allow a web page to call them directly. Our server asks them, copies across only your roster spots and scoring, and hands that back to you. It means those platforms see our server rather than you, and that the league ID passes through our host's ordinary request logs.
ESPN needs a signed-in session, so two cookies — SWID and
espn_s2 — are read from your browser and sent to our server with
that one request, which uses them to ask ESPN for your settings and nothing else.
They are never written to our database, never logged, and never kept once the
request is finished. They are also never put in a web address, so they can't
end up in a browser history or a server access log. The browser extension that
fetches them is covered separately in the
extension privacy notice.
We are not affiliated with the NFL, ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, Fleaflicker or MyFantasyLeague, and we never write anything back to your league on those sites.
Kept on your own device
Local storage, not cookies
The draft board keeps your draft, your settings and your sign-in code in your browser's local storage so a refresh doesn't lose your night. Walk-up songs are bigger, so they're cached in your browser's IndexedDB — same idea, same machine, just the store browsers provide for files rather than short text.
We set no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner on this site — there is nothing to consent to. Clearing your browser's site data for pickdome.com removes all of it; clearing cookies alone won't, because none of it is stored in a cookie.
How long we keep it
Your league stays until you tell us otherwise
Leagues, managers, codes and picks are kept while your subscription is active so you can look back at previous drafts. If you cancel we keep the league rather than deleting it, so that coming back next season picks up where you left off — a draft you ran is a thing people want to look at years later. We'd rather tell you that plainly than promise an automatic clear-out we don't run.
If you want it gone, say so and it's gone — see below. That's a person doing it, usually within a few days, and it is the whole of what we hold on you apart from the payment records in the next paragraph.
Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is generally seven years. That is a legal obligation and applies even if you ask us to delete everything else.
Ask us to delete it sooner and we will — see below.
Seeing it, correcting it, deleting it
Email us and a person will do it
Write to hello@pickdome.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We aim to reply within a few days — there is no ticket system and no form.
You don't have to be the person who paid. If your commissioner put your name in a league and you'd rather it wasn't there, say so and we'll remove it.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your data. Tell us what you want and we'll do it rather than argue about which law applies.
Children
PICKDOME is sold to adults running fantasy leagues and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If a child's name has been entered as a manager and you want it removed, email us and it's gone.
Security, honestly stated
Payments run on Stripe, the site and database are served over HTTPS, and access to league data is enforced in the database rather than only hidden in the app.
We won't tell you it's unbreakable — nobody honest does. If you find something wrong, email hello@pickdome.com and we'll fix it and tell you what happened.
If this page changes
We'll change the date at the top. If we ever start doing something materially different with your information, we'll email the address on the account rather than quietly editing this page.
