Sync your league

Pull your roster spots and scoring across so you don't re-key them. Find your platform below — most take about fifteen seconds.

What syncing does — and doesn't. It copies your roster spots and scoring into PICKDOME so the board matches your league. It doesn't move players, touch your team, or change anything on the other site.

It's one-way, on purpose. Nothing we do writes back to your league — not your team name, not your settings. After the draft you'll export the results and enter them in your league's offline draft screen; no fantasy platform accepts a draft from outside software.

Sleeper

Nothing to sign in to

Open your league on Sleeper and look at the address bar:

sleeper.com/leagues/1048171303844294656/team

That long number is your league ID. Paste the whole address into PICKDOME if it's easier — we'll pull the ID out of it. Then hit Import settings.

ESPN

ESPN needs you to connect first

Start by finding your league ID — it's the number after leagueId= in your league's address:

fantasy.espn.com/football/league?leagueId=589960

Then connect your ESPN session using one of the two methods below. ESPN now answers "not authorized" for league data unless the request carries a signed-in session, so the ID on its own usually isn't enough — including for leagues set to public. If yours happens to read without connecting, the import just works and you can skip the rest of this section.

The one-click way

ESPN is the one major platform with no sign-in for other apps at all, so there's no "connect with ESPN" button anyone can build. A browser extension is the only thing allowed to read your ESPN session, which is why every fantasy tool that syncs ESPN ships one.

  1. Install the Connect ESPN extension for Chrome or Edge.
  2. Make sure you're signed in at fantasy.espn.com in another tab.
  3. In PICKDOME, choose ESPN and click 🔗 Connect ESPN.
  4. Enter your league ID and hit Import settings.

Your ESPN session never leaves your browser and we never store it. We will never ask for your ESPN password — nobody legitimate should.

No extension? Hand the values over yourself

You can copy the two session values across by hand. In Chrome on your ESPN tab, open developer tools (I, or F12 on Windows) → ApplicationCookieshttps://fantasy.espn.com, then copy SWID and espn_s2 into the connect box. Keep the curly braces on SWID.

Yahoo

Sign in and pick your league

Yahoo is the only major platform with a proper sign-in for other apps, so this one is genuinely one click. Choose Yahoo, click Sign in with Yahoo, approve the request on Yahoo's own page, and you'll come back with your leagues listed. Pick one and import.

We ask Yahoo for read-only access to fantasy data and nothing else.

Fleaflicker

Nothing to sign in to

The number in your league's address is the ID:

fleaflicker.com/nfl/leagues/316287

Paste the ID or the whole address and import.

MyFantasyLeague

Nothing to sign in to

MFL puts the league ID in the address, usually five digits:

www71.myfantasyleague.com/2026/home/12345

Import brings your roster spots across. Check your PPR setting yourself afterwards — MFL's scoring rules are free-form and don't map cleanly, so we leave that switch alone rather than guess.

CBS and NFL.com

These can't be synced, and it isn't an oversight

CBS retired the way outside software used to read leagues, and NFL.com shut its fantasy product down. There's no supported route into either, so nobody can sync them — us included.

Set your roster by hand instead: starters, bench, IR, and whether you draft kickers, team defenses or individual defensive players. It's about thirty seconds of tapping, and everything works identically from there.

If it doesn't work

"That league is private"

On ESPN this is the normal answer now, even for leagues set to public — connect your session as above and import again. On Sleeper or Fleaflicker, check the ID; a mistyped digit reads as a missing league.

Connected, but nothing imported

Connecting and importing are two steps. Connecting hands over your session; you still need a league ID in the box and a tap on Import settings.

"ESPN rejected that session"

Signing out of ESPN invalidates it. Sign back in, click 🔗 Connect ESPN again, and re-import.

The settings came across wrong

Every row is editable after importing — the import is a head start, not a lock. Change anything that doesn't match and the round count follows along.
