Terms

What you're buying, how it renews, how to stop it, and what we do and don't promise.

Last updated 29 August 2026

The short version. $25 a season, per league. It renews once a year until you cancel, and you can cancel any time by email. If it doesn't work on your draft night, tell us and we'll refund you.

These terms are between you and PICKDOME, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company. Buying, or using a sign-in code, means you accept them.

What you're buying

A season pass for one league

The season pass is $25 per season, per league — not per manager. It covers one league's draft: the board, the announcer, the phone sign-ins, the export.

Re-drafting is free; a second league isn't. Reset and re-draft your league as many times as you like on the pass you've bought — a do-over after a bad night, a practice run the week before, a settings change halfway through. That's all covered, and we're never going to charge you to fix your own draft. What the pass doesn't cover is running a different league on it: another group of managers, another set of teams. That one needs its own season pass. If you run more than one league, email us and we'll sort you out — we'd rather hear from you than guess.

The Experience is $99 for year one — a $74 one-time build fee charged alongside your first $25 season pass — and includes the custom build work described on the pricing page. After the first year it renews at the same $25 season pass as everyone else; the build fee is never charged again.

You're buying access to run your draft, not a copy of the software. We host it; you use it.

Renewal and cancelling

It renews on its own — here's exactly how

Both plans create a subscription that bills $25 automatically, once a year, on the anniversary of your first payment, until you cancel. The Experience's build fee is charged on the first payment only and never again.

If your season was given to you free — a comped code, a beta invite — it does not roll into a paid renewal. It ends at the end of that season and we won't charge you for the next one unless you come back and buy it yourself. A gift shouldn't quietly turn into a bill a year later.

Cancel any time: use the link in your Stripe receipt, or email hello@pickdome.com and we'll do it for you. We won't make you call anyone or fill in a form.

Cancelling stops the next charge. Your league keeps working for the season you've already paid for — cancelling the day after your draft does not take your draft away.

If we ever change the price, we'll email you before it takes effect, and you can cancel first.

Refunds

If it didn't work, you get your money back

If PICKDOME fails on your draft night — it won't load, the board won't run, the picks don't save — email us and we'll refund the season in full. We'd rather refund you than argue about it.

Before your draft, ask any time within 30 days of paying and we'll refund you, no reason needed.

The $74 Experience build fee is refundable until we start building. Once we've written your league's roasts and set the thing up, that work is done and the build fee isn't refundable — but the $25 season pass part still is, so the most you can ever be out is the $74 of work already done for you.

Renewals: if a renewal catches you by surprise and you haven't drafted on it yet, tell us and we'll refund it.

Your league, your content

What you put in stays yours

League name, team names, manager names, roasts, walk-up songs and your draft results are yours. We use them only to run your draft and show it back to you. We don't sell them and we don't use them to advertise without asking you first.

You give us permission to store and display that content for the purpose of running your league — that's all the permission we take.

What you're responsible for

You confirm you have the right to use what you upload — particularly walk-up song audio, which is usually somebody else's copyright. Files you upload play to your own league on your own draft night; don't upload something you don't have the right to play.

You're responsible for the names and jokes your league enters. Don't put anything in that harasses somebody or that you wouldn't want read aloud, because it will be.

Your sign-in codes are personal. Anyone with a code can pick for that team, and the commissioner's code controls the draft — treat them like passwords.

What we promise, and what we don't

Reasonable care, not guarantees

We'll run the service with reasonable care and skill and try hard to be reachable on draft night. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we can't control your internet, your TV, your phones, or whether ESPN changes how its site works mid-season.

The import features depend on other companies' platforms. If one of them changes or shuts an interface off, that route can stop working with no notice to us — which is why every league can also be set up by hand.

We are not affiliated with the NFL, ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, Fleaflicker or MyFantasyLeague. Team and player names are used to describe real people and teams, nothing more.

PICKDOME is for running a draft. It is not a gambling service, it doesn't hold or move any entry fees or prize money, and what your league does about money is entirely between you.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with PICKDOME is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a ruined draft night is genuinely bad and we will refund you, but it isn't a claim for lost winnings.

Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by cancelling. We can suspend or end an account that abuses the service, uses it to harass someone, tries to break into other leagues, or charges back a payment instead of asking for a refund. If we end your account and you haven't done any of that, we'll refund the unused season.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Faulkner County, Arkansas.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top, and for anything material we'll email the address on your account before it takes effect. If you don't like a change, cancel — and if it lands mid-season, ask and we'll refund the rest.
